So yesterday was such a rough afternoon for Marie-Eve. She went outside to play with the neighbor kids and wasn't out for more than 5 minutes when she was crying. I rushed out to check on her and she had a scape on her forhead and nose from falling. She was running after the boys and tripped over her flip-flops. She was okay and went off to play some more. A little while later she came crying again but this time I knew it was serious because she was wailing. Low and behold one of the boys threw a rock and hit her just under her left eye. This is what it looked like yesterday.

So now she has had her first shiner. She is a trooper and hasn't complained at all.
